Our Philosophy

The Revotive philosophy is built on the belief that movement is a child’s first language and the essential foundation for cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Derived from the concepts of revolution, innovation, and creative evolution, our approach transforms traditional physical education into a forward-thinking, 360° development framework. We utilize a scientifically grounded “Four Quotient Model”—balancing Physical (PQ), Intelligence (IQ), Emotional (EQ), and Spiritual (SQ) development—to ensure children grow into disciplined, resilient, and purpose-driven individuals. By aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and focusing on a 70:30 ratio of physical training to mental-emotional-spiritual growth, we bridge the gap in school-based sports to make high-standard, holistic coaching accessible and impactful for every child.

Vraj Panchal

Founder
Vraj Panchal is an MSW professional with research expertise in the impact of excessive screen time on children's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. He founded Revotive to deliver scientifically structured programs that systematically develop PQ, IQ, EQ, and SQ, helping children grow fitter, sharper, emotionally strong, and socially confident.

Avinash Limje

Co-Founder
With an engineering background (B.E.) and national-level experience in Yoga, Avinash Limje contributes deep technical insight to program planning and execution. His focus on scientific methods, safety standards, and performance optimization builds trust among schools, parents, and institutions.

Yashree Desai

Counsellor
Qualified counsellor with a one-year Diploma in Counselling, supporting behavioural observation, emotional well-being, and developmental guidance across preschool, school, and academy environments. Works closely with the Revotive team to align counselling insights with sports and education for balanced PQ, IQ, EQ, and SQ development.

Tanay Patel

Physiotherapist
Qualified physiotherapist supporting injury prevention, movement correction, and physical recovery across preschool, school, and academy programs. Works closely with the Revotive team to ensure safe training practices, optimal movement development, and long-term physical well-being for students involved in sports and physical activities.
